How we take care of your carpets, rugs and soft furnishings

Firstly we prepare the room moving the furniture safely and securely.We use carpet sliders for ease of movement which then takes little or no time at all.
The carpet/soft furnishings are pre-vacuumed with an industrial strength vacuum cleaner with all external nozzles to clean around the edges removing any surface dirt,grit and dust.

We pre-treat the carpet/upholstery with an eco-friendly cleaning solution to break down the soil in the fibers and loosening trapped dirt.We have invested in a contra rotating pile lifter which gives a deeper clean than using a broom.
Our powerful hot water extraction machine is then used to remove the dirt and rinse out the cleaning solution,leaving very little moisture left behind.
If desired stain protection would then be applied to the rinsed out newly cleaned carpet/upholstery.(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!)
Finally we will groom the pile to bring it back to its original state.Our powerful turbo air dryers are also used to get your carpets/upholstery dry in no time at all.
